I would give 5 stars but since the business switch...

I would give 5 stars but since the business switched management there seems to be high turnover. The turnover rate is unfortunate considering what a phenomenal team they had going before the pandemic. It s sad that with new management comes so many obstacles with employees/staff. I m grateful for the handful of employees who treat my dogs like their own and are super kind and friendly. Groomers are great.

I do suggest that if their data on their customers doesn t specify the date of enrollment as a new client/customer, that they please add that along with information on the pets as far as doesn t like.. so that each person who checks in the pet understands not only how long the customer/client has been there but also what not to do/with the pet. As someone stated before it is quite annoying to have been a customer for years and be treated brand new each time at check in.
