I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000 mile service....

I brought my vehicle in for a 90,000 mile service. It took several hours, so my wife picked me up and went shopping. When we returned, our vehicle was in front of us pulling into the lot. Our vehicle pulled around to the back, and out came a woman carrying shopping bags. The woman took them to another car in the back. The service rep said this is very embarrassing, and that Mike Hamill, the service manager will call me. It has been over 2 weeks, and I have not heard from Mike Hamill. Guess it wasn't that embarrassing.
