I placed an order on April 18th for next day delivery for an office chair. it has now been 1-month and I am yet to receive clarity on where my order is.

There is a lack of transparency with their customer service and I will be requesting a refund immediately. This business needs to be reported to the relevant trade authorities for its terrible terrible service.
