I had major problems with BCBS and Sandra Hinojos/Cobra Specialist was extremely helpful. She kept letting me know whatever progress was being made. She contacted my dentist and kept them informed. At no time did I feel like I had been forgotten. It took time, but it all worked out... thanks to Sandra never giving up. Thank You Sandra!
