Enjoyed Punta Cana. Secrets not so much. The rooms are nice. Beach is beautiful. Pool kept clean. However they push so hard to sell you on things you don't want. They have you go to a breakfast to try and sell you future visits. They keep emphasizing how it's not a timeshare. But they don't take no for an answer. You go to the beach and yes there are people there to sell you their goods and if you say no they move on. But not the gentleman lined up down the water. They are pushing for you to go to their store down the beach. Everyday. Secrets is calling your room or knocking on your door numerous times throughout the day. Service is slow whether the bars or the food. Food is not all that. I believe they like their food cold. The only way to get it warm is to stand there while they cook it. I tried a number of different restaurants. One the food was actually raw. I couldn't eat it. A few good servers at the bars. But very few. And they say all inclusive. That tipping isn't necessary but appreciated. I had some that stood there until you tipped them. Saying I'm finished. And the language barrier is unreal. I understand it is not their fault I don't speak Spanish. But they speak numerous languages there yet English is not their best. Some can't speak or understand at all. I will be going back to Punta Cana. But not Secrets. Believe me I could go on.
