My internet stopped working on May 31st, 2018, my ...

My internet stopped working on May 31st, 2018, my sevice was finally restored on June 7th. I have asked several times for a manager to contact me. Today is June 11th and I still have not heard from a Manager. However, no one seemed to mind sending me my June invoice for payment.
