I went on a Friday and was very excited. I had heard great things and knew the many awards Formally Yours has received. I was never asked about my venue or what look I m going for. I m a bride who is very open minded and I haven t had a completely clear idea of what I want exactly. I never felt very unique or special during my appointment. My sister kept trying to help me in the fitting room and she was not allowed. I had to ask to try on the same dress four different times and I had to try to look past the terrible spray tan stains all over the top. Each dress I was just asked what do you think and there was no direction for the appointment. I basically felt like I was looking and trying on everything by myself. I ended up buying a dress, but I was honestly ready to leave. My family kept asking why I wasn t SUPER excited to say Yes to a dress and it s because I was not having the experience I was looking forward to. I will say the place was very clean and had great prices.

UPDATE: The Owner called me and was very apologetic and truly wanted to know what could have made the appointment better. She was very sincere and I could tell she takes each review and bride relationship to heart. It could have been an off day for the business or I was comparing too much to other stores. BUT I know if you go to Formally Yours they will make everything right no matter what.
