First of all, the suite we booked didn't even have...

First of all, the suite we booked didn't even have a water cooker on the room. Which is quite common in a standard room in a 3 or 4 star hotel room! We had to order and PAY for a thermos with hot water to make some tea. Secondly, although it has been now almost 4 weeks since we have checked out at this hotel, they are still holding the deposit in reservation on my credit card! Totally unacceptable
