I wrote in a chat on the website mfa.gov.ua with an important question. The consultant Olesya talked to me. She could not give more than one adequate answer to the questions posed. Only links to useless articles that I myself had previously found in Google search. After several questions, she stopped communicating without warning. Why create a chat in which incompetent employees are sitting who are unable even to respectfully conduct a dialogue. In general, the service is poor.
