Ok, so I m a Kia return customer. Recently my Kia Soul, that I absolutely loved was involved in a hit and run and instead of paying my insurance deductible, I decided it was just time to move into a vehicle with a bit more space. I travel the Tri-state area very much and was in need. I went into the dealership at about 2:30pm with my parents this past Friday, November 9th (my dads birthday) with the thought of taking a look at the Kia Sorento and going from there. We had dinner reservations for my fathers birthday so I knew, having only an hour and a half to spare, we would not be closing any deal that day. Upon entering, we were very warmly greeted by Anthony Castro. He was eating but promptly stopped to attend to us. I was clear on my expectations and let him know that I was only there to look, that we had dinner reservations for my dads birthday, and that no matter what, I had to be out of there by about 4:15. Anthony took care of us as if we were family. He was very down to earth, answering all of my questions with a truthful response. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicles. Anthony kept his promise. We were out of there on time. He gave me different options of vehicles that I hadn t even considered. He took all of my information and said he would work on the numbers that night and not to worry, that by the time we would meet again in the morning, I would have several options. We left and proceeded home to get ready for the birthday celebration. Within half an hour of leaving, I receive a phone call from Anthony. He tells me that he had great news! He had different financing options on the vehicles I liked and that he didn t want me going out to celebrate my fathers birthday with any worries, as buying a car can be stressful. He comforted my worries and made me feel confident in the decision I was making. I had made an appointment to see him upon the dealership opening at 9 am and by 8:30, Anthony was calling to ask how the celebration went and that he had wonderful news. My one major request was that my payments remain in the same range, even though I knew that I would end up still owing from my Soul and I would have to roll the additional into this new loan.... Can I tell you, once again, Anthony came through on his word. I arrived at the dealership right at 9. I was shown three vehicle options. I ended up loving the value and space of the Kia Optima! The trunk is huge and it is so roomy inside. It has the feel of a luxury vehicle without the price. I took it for a test drive and the handle it has is beyond compare. He told us that his wife owns one and she loves it. After the test drive, we sat down, did the numbers, and once again, Anthony followed through with his word. I ended up with payments only a few dollars more, even after added Gap insurance, and 10 year/ 100,000 miles BUMPER TO BUMPER Warranty! Not to mention, free inspections and first year of oil changes free of charge! Can you believe that all was said and Done by 11am!!!! I drove away with a brand new 2019 Kia Optima in Snow White HASSLE FREE! Honestly, Anthony Castro and the team here are above and beyond capable, knowledgeable, warm and friendly, by far, the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I highly recommend to all that if you are looking to purchase, finance, or lease a vehicle, look no further than the Kia dealership on Route 61 in Reading! Ask for Anthony and tell him I sent you ;)
