I got carpet from them years ago was great. This time not so much first carpet to be installed the sells guys measured wrong so had to come back which they did but then wanted all money up front which I did not agree with .was on phone trying to cancel guy assured me nothing else would go wrong lol I should of known better .my second carpet had to be ordered i set appointments up with the sells guy had my grandkids listening first one was suppose to be that thrusday next one nov.1st well it's nov.1st and no carpet I called lady on phone said it's suppose to be the 5th sorry i wouldn't of schedule it for then then she was reading and said 1st oh no it's the 5th i would of never did 5th it's a tuesday so now i know why they want money up front so now i will have 3 days off work for a carpet very disappointed and they mgr. Said there would be no more problems next time i would go to lowes, home depot like i was gonna do
