From the moment I had to phone NHS direct on 9/11/...

From the moment I had to phone NHS direct on 9/11/13, ambulance to A&E, diagnosis, treatment and two day stay at the hospital the standard of service and care given to me by everyone was excellent. You hear stories about the NHS but the experience I had the NHS, but especially, the staff at the Countess should be very proud of themselves. Special thanks to the E.N.T. doctor who saw me in A&E and the staff on ward 52.
