It's not often I review companies and it's not often I have something positive to say about a company focused on managing property, it seems like an industry filled with people trying to make a quick buck. The ground rent company for my building for example are impossible to contact, raise prices as they please and generally act like cowboys scamming leaseholders for money.

But Premier have been very good, I would particularly like to call out M. Cotterill who has been excellent in providing support with a building issue.

The building itself is reasonably well kept, it's at the age where some things are due a replacement, but otherwise is well maintained, particularly the garden areas.

Fees are transparent, with detailed breakdowns for each period and refunds are issued (via reduction in direct debit) if costs are reduced. And I think in this time of increasing costs, they've done well to hold their fee at a pretty consistent amount.

If you're looking at this, you probably didn't have a choice on who manages the property as you're most likely a leaseholder, but I believe you're in safe hands with Premier.

However, I have rated 4 stars as there was a period where the outside areas were looking a bit sad and unkept. But they did recognise this and replaced the 3rd party managing the greenery.

Out-of-hours contact is also difficult to find online if you don't have your documents handy and is contracted to a 3rd party who I didn't find to be too helpful
