Absolutely no customer service or support. They tell you that they can't transfer you to the technician who has to order replacement parts so you have to wait for a call back. However the techs always call from a private number so you don't answer. By chance I answered a private number by accident after more than 3 months to find it was Twin Star to advise us that the parts were not available and closed the request for parts. Coinsidentally, the damaged parts were not from shipping as the box was in immaculate condition but how poorly they packaged the product.
