I bought a microphone one year ago. After 11 month...

I bought a microphone one year ago. After 11 months microphone didnt work. I handed over it to the Yamaha music center because it was withing the warranty period.
Now, two months later they couldn't fix it. Now I am using a low quality microphone because of this.
Customer service is very poor.
I don't recommend this shop. Unfortunately untill today I didn't received a single call.There is a manager called Dammika. I called him than 20 times. He is very irresponsible.
