These folks don't answer the phones and do not respond as to the status of our vehicle. Even to get the vehicle scheduled for service wasn't easy as Todd Raible, the person who looked at the vehicle with me, did the estimate, and is the body shop manager, didn't get back to me about an appointment for more than a week after I called to schedule the appointment. I ended up scheduling an appointment with the receptionist instead but to be called a week later by Todd to schedule... Calls and emails aren't returned promptly.
