Worked for this company and was outperforming on all levels at my position. I noticed my call numbers on Cisco being messed with internally one day by IT user black bull and was able to determine that he set up a temp to perm connection on my phone and was making me miss calls repeatedly showing poor performance for that day. When I reported it to my managers I was called into HR and fired!!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY STAY FAR AWAY, hopefully the techs in the field appreciated my hard work and quick response times....place is a joke!!!!
