Ohhhhh man. Just go. Right now. If you're still reading this, shut it down and leave your house. When you get there, the wait will probably be really long, but just wait however long they tell you to (We got there 15 minutes after they opened and had a 1:30 wait, but there are a few other bars to pass the time at within walking distance if you're looking for variety - I recommend Nano Brew, for the record). I had the bistec, which was cooked perfectly (impressive to me, considering most places I visit simply cannot cook a steak medium rare) and thrown in with peppers and other goodies. I also had their red pepper margarita, which was all kinds of wonderful. Oh, and if you're a fan of guacamole (even if you're not - I rather dislike the texture and the flavor typically doesn't do much for me), you will not be disappointed. Go tonight, it's well worth the wait.
