Support from Hoststar is a joke. If you call on Friday afternoon, you will hardly get an answer and you will not reach an employee. When you reach an employee, apparently the problem is clarified and you get into a waiting loop. Thereupon without hesitation. The salutation of the employee took place without attribution only "hello".
I tried to call again several times, but without success. In one attempt, the handset was indeed removed, but immediately reissued.
This is a joke, if you want to be "competent" and still advertises it, should you be so.
Too bad about Hoststar itself, which is a great brand in itself, but failed so miserably at the support.
