We were recently there for a wedding reception. Nice venue, but the food and service was VERY SUBPAR. I ordered my filet medium, but it came out well done and bland. My potatoes came out cold. There was also a shortage on filet, so they were asking (demanding) that 15 people volunteer to change their order to chicken. Not to mention, the Banquet Manager Diane involved the groom, by asking him to make this unusual/inappropriate request of his guest. Diane is definitely in the wrong job/field, because she was/is extremely rude, unapproachable by guest and her staff, and has limited (if any) customer service skills. Their lack of proper food planning and the poor handling of "their" problem only exasperated the issue. I would not and can not recommend this place, especially for a wedding. BEWARE OF THE BANQUET MANAGER DIANE!!!
