This company is so frustrating to work with. The first consultant that came was not too bad and was overall polite. The second consultant was completely unprofessional. In hindsight, I should have rescheduled as he did have a hand in damaging our roof more during the inspection. Regardless, I m now with an insurance company that doesn t have a relationship with this company. Personally, I prefer not to deal with a company like this where the employees do not know how to deal with homeowners in a professional manner.
