Our service at Griffin Ford was excellent, as usual. Called and told them what the car was doing and an appointment was scheduled. After they check the car they said the repair would take a while and gave me a ride home. They called later that day when the car was finished and we went back and picked it up. They told us before they began the repairs how much the cost would be, etc. Very pleased with their service. Our service advisor was Steve Ahrens and he was great.
Once again our service at Griffin was excellent. Our service advisor
this time was Angelo Gagliano. He told us what all they would
do to the car and how long it would take and he was exactly
right. The staff is friendly and their waiting room comfotable
and full of snacks! Great place.
