They apparently have problems staffing to meet the needs of the business. For an oil change or other routine checkup, they have regularly quoted me two to three weeks out for he first available appointment. Autonation also closed the only service center in the area (Quick Lane) that was capable of keeping up with demand, and was able to handle same day appointments often. I will keep all this in mind when I am due for a new car -- it won't be a Ford.
