I haven't even gone yet and I'm already very disappointed with you. I closed a trip for July / 2020, but we had to reschedule, because of the pandemic. Now, the hotel wants to charge me practically twice the amount, to stay the same period, in July / 2021. The detail is that I did not cancel anything, I kept paying and now, to get back, they are charging me an additional amount that is almost double. Unfortunately, you are "robbing" me. Sad, very sad, to see a place that, it was so well recommended, to treat a new customer like that.
