Outstanding customer service. I have been looking into getting an e-bike for awhile. After doing the typical inter search I came upon the Pedego web site. I took a trip down to Myrtle Beach to check it out. The owner had just gotten back from a tour with some customers and was vey helpful with explaining the different types of bikes and features. The store was very busy with customers coming in and out but Aaron was more than able to assist me as well as take care of the other customers. I purchased an Element bike (the White one) which caught my eye right from the start. After getting the basic riding and usage instructions, I loaded it up and took it home. Rode around for about an hour and could not stop smiling. These bike are pure fun to ride. Met lots of nice people while in the store who were either current or future E-bike riders, very friendly place. If you are interested or even thinking about theses bikes I can highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes of Myrtle Beach.
