We stayed only 1 night but the girl was very friendly at check-in. The room was cute and a nice size. I believe we got one of the renovated rooms. We were in the back corner and parking was easy. We went to the water park and both my kids had so much fun! Lots to do for every size. The covered toddler area was great except everyone was using it which made it harder to not only watch your own kids but watch everyone else s who were 10-18 years old throwing footballs and pushing kids out of the way to go down the slides. The lifeguards were friendly enough and most took their job very seriously. We then went to the arcade and we paid $10 for an hour of play which we all shared the card so definitely worth it. Some games were out of order, both on purpose and from just not working. No prizes due to Covid 19 and the room was HOT as in you ll be sweating! Later after the water park closed, we went to the stand alone pool. It is not monitored at all! There were people smoking throughout the entire hotel which they were not allowed to do but they were smoking, eating, and drinking in the pool. There were easily 60 people in the pool. Kids of all ages not being supervised, jumping in the hot tub and running into people. It was definitely chaos in that pool. We went to that same pool the next morning before the water park opened and it was still crazy but just not as crowded. The ac in the room was terrible! It was so loud because there was no cover and the 2 pieces had to be pushed together so it would rattle like a train all night! All the boys slept but I only got 2 hours because of that. Overall, stay away from the stand alone pool and get an ac with a cover. Water park is worth it and for what we paid, we would go again.
