I would not take any pet to this so-called "clinic"! I wouldn't even give this "clinic" one star but i couldn't leave a review otherwise. On Monday May 6 at about 2 a.m. i went there because my 12-yr-old dog, Sam, started vomiting and having hemorrhaging from the rectum! There was no one else in the waiting room and only one car in the parking lot. After waiting 1/2 hour and hearing laughter in the back treatment area, i asked the "receptionist" , a bald man, if we could be seen soon. His answer was very sarcastic and insensitive. He commented on my dog "bleeding on the floor" and that he had to keep cleaning it! After an HOUR i told the receptionist how rude he was and that i didn't bring my dog there to BLEED TO DEATH IN THE WAITING ROOM! After making a couple of calls i learned of another emergency Vet and left to take my poor dog there. Thank God i did, as Sam had lost so much blood at that point. They were very sensitive and we saw the M.D. in about 10 minutes. I am aware that i am not the ONLY customer but when a pet is hemorrhaging, this can be life-threatening and is a priority! In our follow-up at our own Vet the next day, i made sure to tell them of my experience. Apparently others have also complained, because they are now referring a different emergency clinic!
