Last Wednesday morning I reserved a car to pick me up on Thursday morning at 4:45 A.M. to take me to JFK airport.. I received a confirmation e-mail listing all charges . It also listed the $3.00 discount I received because I made the reservation on-line. On Thursday morning I received an e-mail telling me who my driver was . At 4:35 A.M. I received a call from the driver that he was already outside waiting for me. I was relieved to hear that, as I am always anxious about getting to the airport on time.. The car was very clean and the driver extremely courteous. My family has been using Carmel Car service for over 20 years. I gave this experience a five star rating.
