As a customer, I found the services provided by Smartlink Engineering Sdn Bhd to be average. The staff were knowledgeable but the communication could have been clearer. 🤔The delivery of the project was slightly delayed, causing some inconvenience. However, I appreciated the effort put into resolving the issues. The overall quality of the work was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. In the future, I hope to see more streamlined processes and better project management from the company. Thank you for the service. 🛠
