Ordered a set of 4 plates from Fortessa online. We...

Ordered a set of 4 plates from Fortessa online. We wanted to see what the 'Sound' plates were like before we bought a complete set. Plates came in completely smashed to pieces. We contacted them through their website 2 times before we emailed their customer service. Got a terse response saying they would credit us back for the plates....which we still have not received.

I am not sure how their in-store customer service is, but if it is anything like their online service, avoid buying from this company.
