We just stayed at your hotel from 7/26-29. It was the worst hotel experience I ve ever had. Our shower and bedroom walls had mold, the bathroom vanity was falling off the wall, there was a giant roach, stains on floor, exposed wires coming from the air conditioner, no towels/toiletries in the room. We asked several times and were ignored. I finally visited the front desk, to be given small swim towels. Housekeeping was rude! We even had to empty our own trash.

Some of the staff was extremely friendly! Others acted like it was a chore to even look at you! The beds were clean and comfy. This hotel is in need of major repairs & upgrades! It was a complete waste of $!
