Having noticed a problem with main computer's performance I contacted Happy Hamster because they come on site. Demetre Janness was sent to my studio to assess the problem. As it turned out my system was on life support and desperately needed help and I didn't know it! Demetre assessed the situation and expressed to me in layman's terms what was the most economical solution. I trusted him and 48 hours later I had a new and much faster computer!
