I had a wonderful experience with my oil change. Ashton who checked me out after my oil change, went above and beyond being helpful. I was having an issue with my phone charger outlet. I have a 2018 Rav 4 and it never seemed to work. He spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and was determined to get it taken care of. He did it. My charger is finally working.
