Worst Christmas hamper delivery ever:
I ordered an international delivery of a Christmas hamper. F&M confirmed they could deliver to the location and that delivery would be by the 19th December. The hamper has still not been delivered and it's now the 3rd of January. F&M have dealt with the situation very poorly. Excuses include "It's hard for us to find out the status from the delivery courier as it's a different timezone" and asking if I can get the intended recipient (for whom it was obviously intended as a Christmas surprise) to contact the courier "because they'll be in the same time zone". I think perhaps offering an international delivery service is too much for them.
