Great staff, exceptional personnel at the check-in desk along with the Players Club. The newly renovated Hard Rock Cafe is a most pleasant and enjoyable dining place and the service is exemplary. The newly renovated Casino area adds a whole new experience in every aspect of the word. I have made five future reservation s at this time and look forward to experiencing each and every one with great expectations. Many thanks to Patrick at the check-in desk and to Marcus at the Players Club as both exhibited the highest levels of professionalism that far exceeded my greatest expectations. This Casino goes far beyond a five star rating................10 stars would be far more appropriate.
