I've used Premier AC a couple of times for repairs and never had any issues. Unfortunately, we an absolutely terrible experience with the company for our most recent repair.

Long story short, after 4 trips to our house over a 1.5+ week time period, we finally have a working AC. The repair totaled over $4,000. Had we known up front that the repair cost would be so large, we absolutely would have obtained a second quote and looked into replacing our entire AC instead of sinking more money into an older unit.

The initial tech that came out to our house worked very slowly for two hours only to tell us at 5pm on a Friday that he couldn't complete the repair because he wouldn't be able to get the necessary part until Monday. He filled up the unit with coolant and told us it would be fine to keep running our AC and that it just wouldn't as cool as much as we'd like it to. Premier AC wasn't able to return to complete the repair until the following Wednesday. Wednesday morning a different tech tells us that the AC unit is covered in ice and a coil has been damaged as a result of running our AC - directly contradicting what the first tech had told us.

I called to speak to the manager but according to the scheduler he wasn't available and typically doesn't return calls the same day. After calling 4 times, the manager finally returned my call and told us that there was no way running the AC had damaged the coils (it must have been damaged by something or someone else) and that they wouldn't be able to replace the coils until the follow week making it the 2nd weekend we would be without a properly working AC.
