About three weeks ago, I got a voicemail from a supervisor in the company, who said she want to discuss about my review. I called her immediately , but told she was with a client. I left a message mentioning that I was returning her call because she wanted to talk about a review I posted. She didn't called me back. Waited for about a week and
called again, she was not in office. Again, left a message mentioned this was my second time to call. The lady on the phone promised I should receive a call the next day, but after two weeks, there is none.
My point is, if they are not willing to discuss about the issue, why they called me? If they did, why not the supervisor continuously become unavailable to talk? Isnt' three weeks too long to respond for a phone call? I believe they do not have any respect for their customers and don't care about the bad product they sent out. Shame for a service company to treat a customer like this!

I sent two videotapes to be converted to DVD and my experience was horrible for two reasons: -
1. They sent my item to a wrong address three times. It took me months through calls and emails to get that corrected. Finally, the product was delivered to my door while I was not at home for more than a week, where I communicated the customer service to block any shipment/delivery in that window. They confirmed through email they will not ship it during that window but looks they don t care.
2. The entire video is with a split screen where the top screen (about two inches) shows the bottom part of the video. [If you see a man standing, the top part of the screen shows his leg and the floor he is standing on and the bottom and larger screen shows the top part of his body.] I have no interest to watch the second disk.

Very Disappointed!!!
