DPD is unable to deliver a parcel properly. It is simply dropped off in the neighborhood. In addition, the doorbell did not ring, but the notification was simply thrown into the mailbox. As a disabled person, I am then forced to run after my package. Strangely, this happens regularly with DPD. Other companies manage to deliver the parcels without any problems.
