A five star stay with some high notes as well as some mistakes.
The people at the Adult pool went above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Especially a guy called Mathieu, a gem in customer service.
Massel, one of the security guard was extremely helpful.
Nevertheless we asked at the lobby to be escorted twice by a security guy on Saturday and none came. I still feel the 20 floors I had to go in my feet. A not acceptable situation for such a high level hotel.
