Nice hotel in the heart of Buckhead. Grand Hyatt was originally built as a Hotel Nikko many years ago. The building construction is high quality. Location is walkable to dozens of restaurants and Lenox Square.
Staff is helpful. The woman who works the early shift at the coffee (Starbucks) bar is wonderful.
Stayed in 3 different rooms over about 10 days. Higher floors seem quieter and a bit nicer. Fitness center on 3rd floor is one of the better ones for a hotel.
This is a nice 3.5 or 4 star hotel. Traffic is the area can be horrendous at rush hour and Christmas. Buckhead Marta station is a short walk.
