I Called almost 2 weeks asking for a quote, and never heard from anyone. I called in and spoke to a gentlemen for over 1/2 hour. When I called again today 5/4/20 I spoke to another gentlemen who said he never found any paperwork on my call. I am sure the 2nd person I spoke to was the same person. When I asked for a price, all he gave me was a monthly figure. I said I wanted the whole price. Oh- OK. He gave me a price without sensors. When I asked him about sensors, he said we will have to come out. I said that is what I had asked the first gentlemen and he said they did not need to come out. Truly disappointed in this company. I will go with SHIELD Alarms. The first gentlemen did not talk well of SHIELD Alarms, but I have known them for years. You are NOT a good company, poor customer service and a disappointment!!!!! Try acting like SHIELD and maybe you might be better. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY.
