Heart Broken. My family wanted to adapt a puppy for our daughter for Christmas. we set up a day to pick it up and everything. They let her go to another family after sending me an email and not hearing from me for a few hours. I didn't get any notice besides one email. NO PHONE CALL, NO FOLLOW UP EMAIL just a broken heart. I'm sorry for a low review I'm glad they are trying to help animals, but you have to focus on the customer or you wont have anyone to adopt the animals you are trying to help.
