The sales rep was very nice, not that much pushy, but over priced and hard to make s decision for 15000 dollars aftee 1.5 hour, some of the reviews here seem to be not authentic because i see that Ash mann works as sales rep and there are reviews with 5 stars from the sales reps, do more research before committing to it that goes for any such products, once u accept there will be no way out, i got the 20 dollars gift certificate, i wait to see how many times they will call to push for the product, i may buy the same kinda product and install it myself as the installation is very simple, and amounts to the biggest portion of the price, in general if 100 dollars a month is not much for you go for it
