Arthur did an excellent job when he came out to help us fix our AC unit. He took the time to explain to me what was going on and how to avoid it in the future. He was very informative and kind. During the heat wave that we have been experiencing, no one else was able to come out. But when I called Gold Medal, they sent someone the very next day. I would recommend to anyone.
