I recently had my ducts cleaned by this local service, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. The team seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to the details that I expected from a professional service. I noticed some spots that were still dusty after they finished, which made me question the thoroughness of the job. Communication could have been clearer, as I received little information about what was being done during the cleaning process. Overall, I hoped for a fresher home environment but left feeling uncertain. 😕
