BMW of Ridgefield what a great experience !!!! I found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. The showroom and service area were clean and well maintained. I purchased my 335i at the end of 2014. I ve never liked the 'process' of buying a car. However, I had the pleasure of working with Chris Quaglio, which changed everything. Chris worked to find the right car for me and my family. I even changed my opinion about the process and now understand why people refer to it as a CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE . I m proud to be a customer of BMW of Ridgefield and look forward to being one for years to come. The next time you are at or near BMW of Ridgefield, be sure to ask for Chris.
