This doesn't even deserve one star. Had I done better research we would of stayed else where! Once we arrived we checked in went up to our room only to find out that we were giving a king accessible room without being told or even asked if it was ok by the receptionist. We went back down only to be told that they had no other king bedrooms and could move into a queen which I thought fine we paid for a king but will deal with it. Then what I thought was so unprofessional was that when I asked the receptionist about room service she couldn't even tell me how much the fee would be. How do you work here and not even know a general idea about fees in the hotel. Instead she told me to check your room. So I thought whatever I'm not gonna let that ruin our small trip. We get to the room only to then realize they don't even have a microwave. Like really for $120?? I could have gotten something x10 better with some much more included for the price. As were in the room you could smell traces of weed from the hallway and even in the elevator (we were in a non smoking level). Then I was taking a shower and the water for the drainage system in the tub was not draining properly so I was taking a bath and shower, and that's not to say all night I could hear the sink draining water from who knows where. As I'm trying to disregard this mess in hopes to having a good weekend as planned the next morning was the cherry on top to a horrible weekend outing. As I ordered breakfast from room service (pricing is to high for the food quality you get) I went over the total because something seemed off about it. What wasn't on the room service brochure is that they charge you automatically a gratitude fee without telling you. I was fumed because they didn't bother to ask or tell me (mind you were not trying to be cheap) but 2 breakfast plates with drinks not included close to $50? That's beyond me and quite frankly very deceiving to your customers. I then spoke with manager Nori and she was so sure it was on the brochure when it wasn't. At that point I was just gonna cancel the order but in not losing out on our business she adjusted the amount. Though they still messed up the order! All in all by far the worst places I have ever stayed at and will never again book here for I will surely pass down my horrible experience with my family, friends, via social media, and especially my military families that way they can avoid the headache we went through this past weekend.
