Update: MSQC called me back soon (within 12 hrs) after posting. They sent me a refund and are also agreeing to help me out with my quilt, which I appreciate. Great customer service - everyone makes mistakes (especially me) but it's an excellent company that can go back and fix things. Thanks for your time.

While I received 6/7 of the items I ordered (the 6 items were just as I was hoping, great fabric selection, a nice thank-you handwritten on my order), I did not receive the one jelly roll I needed. They did email to tell me it was back-ordered within 4 days of ordering, and that they would send it as soon as it came in, but a whole month passed with no word. I called and left at least 2 messages, sent about 3 or 4 emails explaining I'd really appreciate an update (I was trying to make a quilt for my boyfriend, who is a submariner with the Navy and needed a rack blanket. This was supposed to be my big surprise deployment gift for him since I literally won't be hearing from him for at least 3 months - he being 20-thousand leagues under the sea and all...) Finally someone answered the phone and told me that they wouldn't be ordering any more of the jelly roll I needed. Needless to say, I wasn't able to get replacement fabric and complete the blanket in time. Big let down. But what's worse is I still haven't received the refund on the missing jelly-roll I was promised - a month and a half later. Pretty bummed, and still can't get through to a live person on the phone. Maybe I should try Morse code?
