I was rear ended by one of their drivers on the highway. Both cars sustained a large amount of damage. The agents can be difficult to get a hold of and they want you to follow their processes, rather than doing what is best for you. They also never seem able to get in contact with their insured. My car was in the shop for a month and they lied to the shop about sending an adjuster out. When they finally did, they would only cover a very small amount per hour for labor (well below the national average). If you are involved with a claim in this company, I highly suggest just filing through your insurance company and then having them fight to get the deductible back. Awful experience.
