A big thank you to Felipe Munoz and Vu Hoang at Intelliloan! From the start to the very end they were there to guide me through the entire refinance process. They quickly responded to every email, phone call and text I sent. They were always there to advise me on the next steps to take. Their excellent team work and communication made it possible for me to close on my loan before the rate lock expired (2.75%, 30-year FRM + 1.75% points). They were up front from the beginning about the $475 fee I had to pay out of pocket for the appraisal and some processing fees that were added into the loan.
